TRACTORS AND EQUIPMENT FOR SALE AS OF 5 - 12 -2018

UPDATES 7-12-18
Here is the current inventory of haying machinery I have for sale.
Sold!  New Holland 310 twine tie baler.  Just put about $400 in the knotters, bill hooks, pressure plates, wiper rollers, etc.  Only had time to run a few bales through it, looks like it will tie consistently.  Everything else on it is very nice, quiet, all the pickup teeth look good, etc.  Check the baler page.

Case 1155 Swather.  Cutest swather you have ever seen.  This is from probably the mid 60's, came off a farm in Loma where it had limited use for years.  I bought it last year, fried a belt trying to load it, got  mechanic to put a new belt in it and get it running.  Works like new.  We are waiting for a fuel pump for it, haven't had time to fool with it.  Will be good to go.  12 foot header, good sickle, cuts nice, no conditioner -- like most of them didn't have back then.  I put new tires on it with new tubes -  7:50-18 lug tread.  Want a cheap little swather that will go right to work??  This is it.  Needs a seat cushion made for it or you can fold up a blanket and sit on it - that's what I did.  We cut several windrows with it,  swizzle sticking right down the field.  Hydraulic lift works like new - reel bars are straighter than any swather I've ever had, it's a jewel and would be fun to take to a tractor show or two. The paint is good, it's a pretty one.  I'll have pictures when I can remember where I laid my camera.  $3000
SOLD! Nice little New Holland Baler, 275, 14 x 18 bales, PTO, came off a little hobby farm, been sitting for years but with a little grease and oil will be ready to go.  Looks like it has new bill hooks, a new wiper arm, bearings are tight, should go right to work. It tied the last two knots.
Paint???  Let's not talk about pretty.  Pretty costs a lot of money.  This baler is cheap because it's not pretty. A gallon of red and a pint of yellow is cheap is you want it pretty.
 $2250
Check the baler page.

SOLD! NICE!!!!!  New Holland Baler.  276, 14 x 18 bales, just a jewel all over, owned for years by an wealthy retired Californian that moved here to be close to his grandkids.  Bought a little hobby place and put up about 12 acres of horse hay a year.  Just enough to go down to the bar and talk haying with the ranchers.  It is a sweetheart!!!  My favorite small square baler.  Trouble free, last forever, bale with 35 HP on the front and makes nice bales in either Alfalfa or Grass.    Not on location yet but will be by the 21st of May.  If this is what you are looking for email or call me to get your name first on the list.  $4950.

Check out the baler page!!!  Decent small square balers are harder and harder to find.

SOLD!! More coming in:  Nice New Holland 479 pull type swather.  From the same place as the New Holland 276 Baler.  Not mint but very nice.  Field ready.  $4500 Photos on the swather page soon.

Sols!!  ACWD 45 Tractor with a loader.  New Paint!  Newly rebuilt head!!  New Battery!!  Looks great!!  Runs Great!!  Knee Deep in Rubber all the way around.  Fresh oil, fresh everything.  Field Ready!!
These are my favorite of all the older baler tractors because they have live PTO with a hand control clutch for forward movement.  Pull the hand clutch, leave the PTO engaged and let the baler run, etc.  This is by far the nicest one I have ever had.  Like all of these, the loader is slow compared to a new one but it will get the job done.  These are great for mounting a little PTO backhoe on because they are long and pretty heavy, especially if they have wheel weights.  Being much longer than the Ford or Ferguson tractors they are much smoother riding if you are mowing or baling with them and much more stable with a backhoe mounted.  DON'T let that orange paint scare you off, these are great tractors built when Allis Chalmers was the king of the Tractor Manufacturers.  $3750

Allis Chalmers B with a side mounted mower.  Nice little tractor, starts and runs fine.  Side mount sickle mowers are hard to find.  They are really nice to mow roads and ditches with because you can see where you are mowing.  $2500

Allis Chalmers B with side mounted mower #2.  Same as the above one but not electric start.  Pull the crank a couple times and away you go.  1939 so it's a good one for tractor shows, too.  $2400

A very nice little Massey 35 with new tires, new paint, very good condition.
One picture on the tractor page is all I have now, will have more in a few days, it is a little jewel, runs nice and would be good for a parade or ready to work.

Ford 801 with new tires, battery, radiator, clutch, etc.
These are about 45 horse and will run a little baler or pull a nice disc, arena groomer, etc.  Sold and gone.

1956 IHC 300 UTILITY WITH LOADER AND BACK BLADE

FORD 3000 DIESEL
A very nice tractor, larger than the 861's I had, about 50 HP, 8 speed transmission, HD three point, this one is nicer than most this age. Probably about a 1975.  Starts and runs very well, everything works right. Check it out on the tractor page.  $4500

MASSEY FERGUSON 35 - NICE little tractor.  These have a lot of features, 45 HP,3 speed with 2 speed aux transmission, live PTO, good 3 point, etc.  This is getting checked out at a shop, should be good to go soon. We pulled the head and had it redone.  $3500

Nice old Case S.  Very collectible little tractor.  Case didn't have much to compete with Ford, Ferguson, IHC and the others that were building great tractors in the 40's so they didn't sell many of these.  This has a 100 foot paint job and a lot of potential.  Runs very well, nice cheap project and a good entry in to the collector tractor hobby.  $2000

READY TO GO --  John Deere 336 PTO baler -
new knotters - bale chamber and plunger

are for grain, not hay.
Just did $500 worth of work on the sickle drive.  In the field,
cutting grass & Alfalfa, works great, runs like a new one.

Coming in, New Holland 910, 12 ft header, gas engine, just out of the field where it cut 75 acres of Alfalfa. This is the twin sickle, straight reel model.  Cab with cooler, one new tire, etc.  SOLD

NEW HOLLAND 469 PULL TYPE 9 foot SWATHER/WINDROWER -- HAYBINE Very nice condition. Brand new 9.5-14 tires, new sickle drive parts, checks out great, I've cut a total of about 40 acres with it in the last couple years, it works great.
